The STRANDHOTEL**** Grömitz/Ostsee, built in 2009 and classified with 4 stars by DEHOGA, is located in the very first row directly on the promenade – to the right, you’ll find the marina, to the left the longest pier in Schleswig-Holstein, in front of it only sand & sea.

The quiet, yet central location on the 3.8-km-long promenade, in the middle between the pier and the marina, high-quality rooms of above-average size, spacious room terraces and balconies with sun loungers, and the restaurant “STEG 1” offer the ideal setting for a perfect vacation at the highest level.

Our wellness area with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool tub, fitness area, as well as massages and beauty treatments offers a true retreat.

A wonderful location right on the promenade – it can’t get any better. The hotel impresses with its high quality – a beautiful extension (sauna, massage/fitness) rounds off the offer. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious :-) But the most important thing for me: Here the guest is truly “king” – wishes are anticipated and the staff is so warm & friendly… you feel right at home. It always hurts to say goodbye :-) Highly RECOMMENDED!

The hotel has a wonderful location right on the beach and the vacation feeling sets in as soon as you enter. The whole hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are very nicely furnished and equipped. Cleanliness plays a major role throughout the house.
The "team" at the hotel is very friendly, helpful and nice. As regular guests, we always feel very welcome. The hotel's own restaurant "STEG 1" provides culinary delights with excellent cuisine in the evening and the terrace at the hotel invites you to linger. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of everything your heart desires.

How to find us

A1 direction Fehmarn, take exit 13 Neustadt i. Holst./Pelzerhaken/Grömitz. Turn right onto the B501 towards Grömitz. Follow the road and after approx. 7.5km turn right into Kreienredder in the direction of the marina. After entering the town, follow the road down Haffkamp. At the bottom, turn sharp right into Uferstraße. After approx. 50m, you are at the STRANDHOTEL**** Grömitz/Ostsee – Welcome!
