The Strandhotel Grömitz team is there for you 24 hours a day to make your stay in our hotel as pleasant as possible.

  • Reception is staffed 24 hours a day
  • You can check in to our 4-star hotel from 03:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you can check out until 11:00 am
  • For the best start to the day, we serve you a balanced breakfast buffet in our "STEG 1" restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired
  • Our restaurant “STEG 1” is open for you from 12:30 pm to 09:00 pm. Rest day possible. We will be happy to take your table reservation per telephone on 0049 4562 225500.

A wonderful location right on the promenade – it can’t get any better. The hotel impresses with its high quality – a beautiful extension (sauna, massage/fitness) rounds off the offer. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious :-) But the most important thing for me: Here the guest is truly “king” – wishes are anticipated and the staff is so warm & friendly… you feel right at home. It always hurts to say goodbye :-) Highly RECOMMENDED!

The hotel has a wonderful location right on the beach and the vacation feeling sets in as soon as you enter. The whole hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are very nicely furnished and equipped. Cleanliness plays a major role throughout the house.
The "team" at the hotel is very friendly, helpful and nice. As regular guests, we always feel very welcome. The hotel's own restaurant "STEG 1" provides culinary delights with excellent cuisine in the evening and the terrace at the hotel invites you to linger. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of everything your heart desires.

How to find us

By car - From the A1 direction Fehmarn
Take exit 13 for Neustadt i. Holst./Pelzerhaken/Grömitz and turn right onto the B501 towards Grömitz. Follow the road for approximately 7.5 km, then turn right onto Kreienredder towards the marina. After entering the town, continue down Haffkamp, then take a sharp right onto Uferstraße. After about 50 meters, you will arrive at the STRANDHOTEL**** Grömitz/Ostsee – welcome!
